How about if you see someone turning onto the road up ahead of you instead of trying to guess which lane they are in so you don't have to touch the brakes just slow down a bit and figure out what they are doing. So many clips see someone turning and don't slow down until they are right up on it.

You have no conception of the rules of the road. Uturn has to yield and more importantly that car turned left in front failing to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic. Try learning the rules of the road. Whether or not the jeep was speeding is irrelevant as the other failed to yield as required.

Then the guy behind them goes around them and stops, gets out of his car to yell at THEM?! What about the person who almost caused the wreck? Why didn't he go chase them and yell at them?! As a European, I'm shocked to discover that all US driver's license holders, including dashcam drivers, are bad drivers and are poorly educated in traffic rules themselves. Defensive driving doesn't seem to be learned in the USA and apparently punishments aren't all that great when you see certain actions? Actually, the behavior is life-threatening!
